Chicago-based Uncap, founded in 2013 as Pivofy and renamed in 2022, works only with B2B manufacturers, distributors and wholesale brands blending B2B and B2C on one Plus storefront. The public record is the deepest in this set: a Shopify partner since May 2013, now Platinum tier, 5.0 across 65 directory reviews, 5.0 across 75 on Clutch with a $25,000 minimum and $100-$149 an hour, and a team of 22 by its own count.
The B2B pillar sits at ceiling because the cases name the ERP. ULE Group runs Shopify B2B with real-time Epicor sync across more than a million SKUs, account-based pricing, a cart-level convert-to-quote flow and custom payment terms; Uncap reports 6x online sales and 559% year-over-year traffic. Kooks Headers moved to Shopify with an Infor Visual integration and year-make-model fitment; Uncap reports 22% higher conversion and 38% lower total cost of ownership. The firm also ships its own tooling: Uncap Connect for ERP, Uncap Quotes for CPQ, Uncap Garage for fitment. Its migration page claims 380+ migrations since 2013 and a 14-week median cutover, with Magento, BigCommerce, SFCC, SuiteCommerce, SAP Commerce and commercetools among the sources.
Commercial fit and replatform depth score lower than its B2B and proof pillars. Uncap publishes a $7,500 fixed-price "Blueprint" discovery that ends in a fixed-cost implementation estimate, and its integrations page prices Uncap Connect from $8,000 to set up plus $390 a month; it publishes no build bands. Replatform depth scores on volume and named sources; Uncap's partner credentials are Shopify-side.
Best for: proof-first B2B on Plus; distributors with Epicor or Infor. Look elsewhere for: published build pricing before the first call (Atwix, Absolute Web); partner credentials on the Adobe Commerce or Shopware platform being left (Atwix); DTC brand work (Avex, Domaine).
Chicago-headquartered Atwix, independent and founder-led since 2006 with a European office in Bratislava, is the commercial-transparency outlier of this set and the firm whose bench arrives from the other side of the migration, which gives it a completely different shape of score from Uncap: ceiling on commercial fit and near-ceiling on B2B and replatform depth, at 18 of 20 each. Its Shopify Plus page publishes project bands: $25K-$50K for basic migrations and theme customization, $75K-$250K+ for enterprise builds with custom apps and integrations, with timelines of 8 to 12 weeks for a straightforward migration and 16 to 24 weeks for complex B2B portals. Its migration page prices standard migrations at $25,000-$75,000, enterprise at $75,000-$200,000 and headless at $100,000-$300,000+, with Magento sources quoted at 6 to 20 weeks. Its B2B page commits to fixed-price contracts with detailed scope documentation, and it is the only firm here that publishes build price bands by project type.
Replatform depth is the second high pillar. Atwix's Shopify Partner Directory profile features its role in Burpee's 2026 migration from Adobe Commerce to Shopify Plus, alongside the brand's internal team, on a high-SKU seasonal catalog. Atwix is an Adobe Gold partner (announced May 2022), a Shopware Platinum partner with 113 certifications listed in Shopware's directory, and a BigCommerce partner, which covers the three platforms mid-market merchants most often leave. Its Adobe Commerce page lists 47 Adobe Certified Experts, 32 Professionals and 5 Masters. Adobe's own blog confirmed Atwix as the top contributing Magento partner in 2019; Atwix reports holding the spot every year from 2018 to 2025. The ERP practice ships as a product: the Sirius ERP Connector supports Epicor Prophet 21, Infor, Kodaris and Expertek and lists Magento 2 / Adobe Commerce, Shopware 6 and Shopify among its platforms, and Atwix's ERP integration page quotes 2 to 4 weeks for NetSuite and 4 to 6 weeks for Infor CloudSuite or Epicor on Shopify. Atwix's Infor solution page reports a 35% improvement in order accuracy for Byrne Electrical. Atwix is a member of the B2B eCommerce Association, whose listing places it for mid-market and enterprise B2B, and placed #273 on the 2024 Inc. 5000 and #2327 in 2025.
Atwix is a Plus partner in Shopify's Partner Directory. It publishes migration timelines by source, including 5 to 16 weeks from Shopware, and a bench that knows the platform being left shortens the data-model and ERP rework where migration budgets are lost. Clutch rates the firm 4.9, lists $100-$149 an hour and brackets the team at 50 to 249. For a buyer with an ERP and a budget to protect, Atwix is the one that will put a number in writing.
Best for: fixed-price B2B replatforms from Magento, Adobe Commerce or Shopware with ERP in scope; buyers who want a number before the first call; multi-brand merchants who may not stay on one platform.
Miami-based Absolute Web has been in business since 1999, reports more than 85 experts across Miami, Los Angeles and Lisbon, and holds Platinum tier with 4.9 across 38 directory reviews plus 4.9 across 83 on Clutch, the largest Clutch file in this comparison. It is also an Adobe Silver partner, which matters for the replatform pillar.
The migration record is the reason it ranks here. Shopify's own case-study library credits Absolute Web for Capezio's move from Adobe Commerce across three regional stores to Shopify, with a 144% conversion increase, 81% longer engagement and 90% faster deployments. Absolute Web's own pages add Glo Skin Beauty (Magento to Plus, US and Canada, professional B2B pricing tiers and gated access), Jenny Yoo (Magento to Plus with ERP automation for made-to-order), Swanson Vitamins (proprietary platform to Plus with ERP, Constructor and Ordergroove) and Modloft (custom headless to Plus). Athena Club came from WooCommerce; Open Farm and Four Sigmatic came back from headless to native Shopify.
It is also the only firm in the set with service-level floors on the partner directory: store migration from $50,000, store build from $30,000, custom apps and integrations from $15,000, theme customization from $7,500. B2B is a listed service rather than the primary offer, and its own case studies carry no result figures; the Capezio numbers come from Shopify. The ERP behind Swanson and Jenny Yoo is not named.
Best for: exits from Magento and Adobe Commerce with a published floor; DTC brands in beauty, wellness and apparel. Look elsewhere for: B2B-first builds with named ERP proof (Uncap, Atwix); enterprise SFCC exits (Domaine).
Exeter-based Swanky, founded in 2010 with teams in the UK, Australia and France, was one of the first three European Shopify Plus Experts in 2016 and reached Platinum in 2025. The directory shows 5.0 across 35 reviews. In April 2026 YFM Equity Partners invested £7.6m in Swanky to support growth, including selective M&A.
Its migration cases carry the ERP detail this model rewards. Natural Instinct moved from Adobe Commerce B2B to native Shopify Plus B2B (catalogs, net terms, draft orders) with Sage via Patchworks. FutureYou Cambridge moved from a BigCommerce front end and an in-house subscription platform to Plus and Recharge, with 30,000+ subscribers migrated and a NetSuite integration built in three months; the client reports a 651% uplift in gross sales in the nine days after launch. Catit consolidated six international WooCommerce stores onto one Plus codebase. Swanky's Magento page names Needle & Thread, Heals, Soak and Sleep and others among more than 30 Magento exits.
Commercial fit is thin: the directory says "starting from $1,500", which describes nothing at Plus scale, and Clutch shows no minimum or rate. Clutch has one review; the directory file is the one to read.
Best for: UK and EU subscription and DTC brands leaving Magento or WooCommerce; B2B brands that want native Shopify B2B rather than an app layer. Look elsewhere for: published pricing (Atwix, Absolute Web); US-heavy delivery teams (Uncap, Avex).
#5 Diff 62/100
Montreal-based Diff has been a Shopify partner since February 2011, holds Platinum with 5.0 across 50 directory reviews and a "starting from $25,000" floor, and has been a WPP company since December 2022, when it joined with 115 staff. Clutch shows $100-$149 an hour and two reviews from 2013, so read the directory, not Clutch.
The migration list is enterprise retail: Giant Tiger, a $2 billion Canadian chain with 270+ stores, moved from Magento to Shopify with custom in-store middleware. DAVIDsTEA moved from Salesforce Commerce Cloud to Plus with Shopify POS and Givex, bilingual and dual currency. Rocky Brands unified nine footwear brands from Salesforce onto Plus with ERP and PIM integration. Hill's Pet Nutrition runs B2C and B2B variations on Plus with Ordergroove and rolled to Taiwan, Korea and Japan in six months. None of the case pages publishes a result figure, and the ERP behind Rocky Brands is not named, which caps the B2B pillar.
Best for: multi-brand and multi-store retailers leaving Magento or Salesforce; Canadian and bilingual builds; buyers comfortable contracting with a holding company. Look elsewhere for: quantified outcomes (Uncap, Absolute Web); named ERP integrations (Uncap, Swanky, Avex).
#6 Avex 60/100
New York-based Avex holds Platinum tier (partner since March 2012) with 5.0 across 4 directory reviews and 5.0 across 12 on Clutch, a $25,000 minimum and $100-$149 an hour. The directory floor is $10,000. The team is about 50, by its own count.
The case file is fashion and beauty with real integration work inside it. Novus Shoes moved three brands from Magento to Plus with a custom SAP-to-Shopify connector across 10,000+ SKUs. Kit and Ace moved from Salesforce Commerce Cloud to Plus with NetSuite via Celigo, Shopify Markets and BOPIS. quip moved nine years of data from a custom platform to Plus in four months. In September 2025 Avex published Outgrown the Homegrown, a replatforming framework it designed in partnership with Shopify. No case carries a result figure beyond a CRO engagement for Kith, and B2B is a secondary service with one case (UNITE Hair).
Best for: brand flagships with SAP or NetSuite in the stack; SFCC and Magento exits in fashion and beauty. Look elsewhere for: B2B-first work (Uncap, Atwix, Zaelab); large review files (Uncap, Diff).
Domaine is the largest firm in the set and the one this model treats least kindly. Formed in September 2023 from the merger of Tomorrow and Half Helix with BV Investment Partners as sponsor, it acquired Code (Amsterdam, Delft, Berlin) in June 2025 and Pattern in January 2026, and now reports 300+ staff across New York, Los Angeles, Charleston, Toronto, Montreal, London and its European hubs. Shopify calls it a Platinum migration partner and it works on Shopify only.
The replatform pillar is at ceiling. Timex (SFCC to Shopify, four markets, a Webby), Schleich (Magento to Shopify in six languages; 31% lower checkout abandonment, 25% more orders), bareMinerals and Laura Mercier (SFCC; 26% conversion and 38% AOV increases per Shopify's partner blog), Milk Makeup (SFCC), Frank and Oak (Magento), Saturdays NYC (BigCommerce), Daily Harvest (custom) and POLYWOOD (Adobe, 19% conversion improvement after a 23-week migration). Domaine publishes migration timelines by source: 30 to 36 weeks from Adobe Commerce or BigCommerce, 39 to 52 weeks from SFCC or commercetools.
It scores lower on the pillars this model weights most. No ERP vendor is named on the main case pages. B2B is a listed service rather than the primary offer; the B2B proof is Shopify's Industry West case (Adobe Commerce to Shopify, a 90% lift in B2B web order revenue from trade accounts) and SUNPAN (Adobe Commerce to Shopify B2B) on the Domaine Studio listing. Published pricing is a "starting from $2,500" on the Domaine Studio listing, which serves emerging to mid-market brands. The main directory listing has no reviews; the 13 reviews at 5.0 sit on the Domaine Studio account. A 2023 merger and two acquisitions since make it worth asking which legacy team will staff your project.
Best for: enterprise DTC replatforms from Salesforce Commerce Cloud or Adobe with multi-region scope; brands that want the largest Shopify-only bench. Look elsewhere for: B2B and ERP-led builds (Uncap, Atwix, Zaelab); published pricing (Atwix, Absolute Web).
Austin-based Anatta holds Platinum tier and describes itself as one of five founding North American Shopify Plus partners. Clutch shows a $100,000 minimum and $150-$199 an hour and no reviews; the directory has none either. The firm reports 100+ specialists and claims $3.14 billion in GMV migrated.
Two cases stand out. buybuy BABY relaunched from Oracle ATG on Plus in 31 days in summer 2023, moving 30,000+ SKUs, 8.3 million customer records and 14 integrations, with Shopify POS for reopened stores. Dollar Shave Club moved from a legacy subscription platform; Anatta reports 11% higher conversion and a 24% lower homepage bounce. Vuori runs headless Shopify with Checkout Extensibility, a gated VIP portal for 80,000+ customers and B2B and employee portals with custom ERP middleware, vendor unnamed. Its replatform page prices two scoped entry products, a five-day Horizon readiness audit at $2,500 and a redesign-or-CRO diagnostic at $5,000, both credited toward the project, plus QA as a service from $5,000 a month, and names its ideal client as brands doing $50M to $2B.
Best for: enterprise DTC on a hard deadline; headless and Checkout Extensibility builds. Look elsewhere for: any third-party review (every other firm here except Zaelab and Deloitte Digital); B2B-first work.
Westport, Connecticut-based Zaelab is a B2B specialist whose Shopify practice is young. Founded in 2010 on SAP Commerce and commercetools, it acquired Trellis (a Shopify, BigCommerce and Adobe agency) in November 2024, merged with TMG in June 2025, holds Plus tier on the directory, and lists a $100,000 Clutch minimum, level with Anatta's as the highest in this set. It has no reviews on Clutch or the directory.
The B2B pillar is strong because the ERP work is named. Gesswein moved from BigCommerce to Shopify B2B with an Acumatica integration and role-based portals; Zaelab reports 101% more transactions and 343% more visitors year over year. Simpson Strong-Tie runs a composable front end over SAP Hybris with Logik.io CPQ and reports that over 60% of sales now flow through digital channels. E.B. Bradley, a building-materials distributor, passed $1 million in monthly ecommerce revenue on Adobe Commerce with an Expertek ERP integration. Zaelab's Portul suite is a Shopify B2B app featured by Shopify. Shopify is one of several platforms here, and the mid-market Shopify cases arrived with Trellis.
Best for: manufacturers with SAP, CPQ and a $100K+ budget who want a B2B-first partner that happens to do Shopify. Look elsewhere for: Shopify-native depth (Uncap, Domaine); reviews; sub-$100K scopes.
Deloitte Digital holds Platinum tier, lists the United States, Australia, France, Germany and six other locations, and appeared on Shopify's partner blog in July 2025 for a unified-commerce collaboration. Its alliance page names no clients, ERPs or tier; everything verifiable sits in the directory listing: SC Johnson (multiple Shopify URLs integrated to corporate NetSuite), David's Bridal (platform migration plus a large POS implementation), Manscaped (replatform using Deloitte accelerators), Juice Plus and Rossellimac. No pricing, no reviews, no case-study URLs, and no Clutch profile.
Best for: retail chains that need POS, stores and a corporate ERP wired at once and already buy from a Big Four firm. Look elsewhere for: mid-market budgets; any published proof beyond a directory paragraph.
